This is a must visit place if you are coming to Scotland for holidays. The shop is right below the foot of the Wallace monument. I have heard a lot about this place and especially about the food. Coffee house is really busy and does serve good bagel toasts and hot chocolate. Place is know for its souvenir shop and they have an unique collection. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The coffee place is normally the hang out for the locals and many of them are sweet and welcoming. They also give you tips on what to do around. So plan to spend some good time here. Definitely try the hot chocolate and soups here. It helps with the cold weather and they are yummy.

Can't recommend enough. In the beautiful surroundings with Wallace Monument above it's just wonderful. Food is delicious with friendly helpful staff. After having breakfast we had a browse round the Gift Shop. Full of treasure with many being made be people local to Stirling. Just fabulous to see a business like this supporting small local businesses. To take my word for it head up and see for yourself

We had lunch here yesterday, Saturday, and it seems to be a busy place all day long or at least it was yesterday. It was busy when we got there and also busy when we left. They have a good variety of sandwiches and sweets. Sandwiches are all served with a sal and and their own coleslaw. My husband ordered a Bacon Brie and cranberry sandwich with a cinnamon cream cake (I’m not sure this is the correct name) and he liked it a lot. I ordered a Mozzarella, tomato and pesto sandwich and I loved it too. The side salad was good. The coleslaw was tasty, but too creamy in my opinion. This seems to be a constant around here as it has been the same in other restaurants. You can choose different types of bread as there are choices available. This was good to know and I had a seeded brown bread instead of the white one. It was delicious! The cinnamon and cream cake had a good taste, but it was super sweet! So much that my husband, who loves sweets, couldn’t eat it all. Other than that, food was great! As for the people working there, they are super nice and very willing to help and give you information (in case of food allergies or specific dietary restrictions). The place has an inside and outside area. Dogs are not allowed in the inside area, but they are welcome in the outside one. You don’t need to go to the monument to eat here as this is located at the start of the walk up the monument. Prices are reasonable. It’s a clean and cozy.

I am so glad I stopped by here during my visit in Scotland. First of all, the staff there is super nice. I had a nice waitress named Maddie help me. She asked me about my trip and wished me a great visit. She also recommended me to visit Stirling Castle which was fantastic! She was very friendly. I ordered an iced caramel latte which tasted good and was worth the price. The cafe is a nice place to rest if you've been traveling all day like I was. 5 stars! ⭐

Wonderful coffee shop at the bottom of the monument . After our hike all the way to the top of the monument and coming back down in the pooring rain we were so happy to have a warm drink with a delicious meal . You get a very warm and cozy feeling in the coffee shop and the staff is very friendly.

Now having eaten here twice, I think it's fair I should write a bit of a review. Not an extensive menu, soups, sandwiches, and a few desserts, but every time we've been here it was right after spending half a day at Stirling Castle and walking up to the Wallace Monument, so we were definitely peckish. The food is pretty good for an attraction cafe, so eating out of necessity isn't bad. The soup was a bit bland, but the sandwiches were right on, particularly the cranberry one!
